Two weeks into the planche challenge. My shoulders are screaming but progress is happening.
Week 2 of the planche challenge is complete. Here's what I've learned:
The tuck planche hold has improved from 5 seconds to about 12 seconds. My wrists have adapted and the initial pain is gone.
Key lessons:
- Protraction is everything. Push the ground away.
- Lean forward more than you think. Then lean more.
- Recovery is crucial. I'm foam rolling daily.
Next week I'll start working on the advanced tuck position. The journey continues!
